Andrew came out to check for rodent activity . We had ductwork ruined by rodents and had been hearing some scratching in the crawlspace .. He found 2 rodents in crawlspace traps and also saw some activity . He also took care of some openings around the outside of the house .He's friendly, patient and knowledgeable .. Always explains things when he arrives and before he leaves .. GETEM is our go-to pest control .. They are always receptive to our phone calls and their service calls are scheduled quickly .. Andrew will follow-up in 7-10 days and I always feel confident they will provide good service .. He is an asset to the company !!

Phillip was so friendly! Knowledgeable and thorough. A special shout out to Phillip because he volunteered to work a weekend which really helps me out since I work M-F 8a.-5 pm. Shai & Jessica were AMAZING!! They took the time and listened, the extra care they gave and getting down right to the problem without trying to charge us an arm and a leg and understanding the predicaments were in. Shai Went the extra mile he has a great personality and probably is the reason why we’re gonna stay with the company!! I love the fact that they are locally owned and so close to my property I couldn’t ask for a better team, They treated us like family!!! There aren’t enough stars on here, but definitely a 10 out of 10 Or above!!!

Shai came to my home today to do a termite inspection. He was very personable and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He did a thorough inspection of the crawl space and took photos and videos of a couple of issues that need to be addressed. Overall, I was very pleased with his demeanor and professionalism. Will definitely use Getem Services for any termite and pest control services in the future.

The Technician, Shai, was genuinely concerned with making sure the work was done properly and was very conscientious as if my home was his own. He did an excellent job and provided excellent customer service. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and effort he put into the job.
